We really impreased with our stay here, enjoyed the breakfast the service and MJ friendly welcome was a lovely touch, variety and quality was excellent. The room was clean and tidy and the completmentary cold drinks and snacks in our room was appreciated. We made use of the free shuttle service from the hotel to vivo and Harbourtown drop off and pickup was great. Also special shout out to the lovely Brinley/Brittney (not sure exact name) who was helpful and friendly. Thank you team.

We truly had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who served us during our visit. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and the experience was made extra special thanks to the thoughtful. A very sweet and lovely front desk lady, Ms Ain, surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a couple’s suite with pool access. The room was beautifully prepared with an elegant swan towel arrangement on the bed. She also arranged a complimentary cake, drinks, and a dining voucher to be used in the restaurant, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. The buggy service staff escorted us to our room, carefully handled our luggage, and patiently explained the area we can visit. He also kindly offered shuttle service to and from the hotel lobby whenever we needed to go out, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast the next morning was impressive, with a wide variety of food choices. I was especially impressed by the cooling display that kept the cold items fresh and well-preserved, helping to maintain food hygiene. Overall, every staff member we encountered was friendly, warm, and attentive. They truly made our wedding anniversary a memorable and meaningful one. Thank you to the entire team for such an exceptional experience. 💖

Amazing stay at Amara. The site was great. Quiet during the day, some areas can be a bit noisy at night but that's expected considering the restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great. All the staff were very friendly but especially MJ. She was very hospitable and lovely to chat to in the mornings.

The resort grounds are beautiful but my room was very dirty and unsanitary. Mold in shower and around entire rim of sink. Ground under bed very very very dirty and trash under bed. Lotion container empty. For the exorbitant amount I paid for this room, it was very very unsatisfactory and I did not get the quality i deserved for such an expensive price.

Room was great, however, there were overhead white "blinds" above the day bed, which were mouldy, for the price i paid, i would expect that to be clean. Also, i wanted to extend my stay but the front desk did not go the extra mile to help me. I was utterly disappointed. Apparently there was availability, but an issue with the system to allocate the same room i was in to me.
