I stayed one night at Bliss Hotel Singapore and it was a very disappointing experience.
Our room was on level 5, but there is no elevator access to that floor. We had to take the lift to level 4 and then carry three large suitcases up a dark emergency stairwell to reach the room. This was never disclosed during booking.
When we finally arrived, the key card didn’t work, so I had to go back down the stairs, take the lift to reception, and ask for help. The staff member appeared more focused on her phone than assisting.
The room itself was acceptable, but the bathroom design is poor, there is no shower door, so water floods the entire toilet floor, creating a mess.
For offering rooms that are not elevator-accessible without clearly informing guests in advance, especially with luggage, this hotel deserves 1 star
