Nice hotel, not far from the MRT station, China town nearby, few shops and park in the vicinity. We arrived early at the hotel and we were able to leave the luggages with the Concierge until we checked-in. Rooms are spacious with several amenities but the lights are a little bit tricky to turn it off. You have coffee machine with Illy pods in the room. Unfortunately they have replenished the consumed coffee pods only once on our 4 nights stay. Drinking water is provided from a tap in the bathroom and it is quite OK. On our first day, we get our clothes dirty froom a white powder which was on the bed sheets (it happened to us and to our relatives in another room, hence it was not only our opinion). WiFi Internet is provided and speed is good. Only a few TV programs are available and the use of remote control is troublesome. We never had the chance to visit the Roof top bar on 29th flor, nor the swimming pool from the 3rd floor. Breakfast is very good, with plenty of things to choose from. Except the "natural juice" (orange and pineapple) which is coming from a dispenser and it is not "natural" at all. On the egg station they will prepare what you want but the chef will made "poach egg" and "sunny side up" in advance, hence it is not hot nor as you want it. They have pork products (ham, bacon and salami), chicken and beef sousages and also local food (soups). On the last day we requested a late check-out and 1h was provided. It is a good hotel, but not outstanding.

The location of the hotel was perfect for siting seeing and walking around the local area. The surrounding area had many dining options. It was also a short ride to Marina Bay Sands.

Air conditioning was not satisfactory, limited to 21C. Staff was polite and efficient but no warmth, greetings or help whatsoever, maybe its a cultural thing. Hotel is well located near MRT, Chinatown and downtown. Nice view from the room on the 25th floor
