Good central location & close to the MTR. Rooms were clean, modern & the beds extremely comfortable with excellent linen. Loved the roof top bar & the breakfast was good although I would have preferred a better selection of dining options. I think the hotel is missing a trick here.

It was awful to sleep in. They ran unexplained fire alarm drills at 3am that woke us up and when we asked why, they never provided and explanation. this would during everyones DEEP sleep. awful sleep here

Smelled like cigarettes in the room, despite request of change of room , the staff still insisted there was so smell. Couldn’t sleep first night due to the awful cigarette smell in the ventilation. Hotel only changed room for us after a sleepless night of us sucking all cigarettes smell. Will never stay here again due to the smell of the room as well as unprofessional attitude from the hotel staff.

Clean, spacious room, friendly staff, close to MRT, lots of restaurant and bar options close by. Only tiny things I’d change would be the iron and hairdryer and maybe some drinks service by the pool but these wouldn’t stop us staying here again.

Really good location and wonderful staff. The hotel is close to shopping areas china town /MRT and dining options . Plenty nice sit in restaurants near MRT station ( Tajaong Pagar) and nearby shops and a local hawker centre too... Also has a launderette opposite the hotel which is handy when on a long holiday (Easy wash ) The staff is really friendly and rooms are wonderful Would highly recommend as hotel is very central .
