Staff - very slow on check in, called 'concierge service' and 'concierge' twice from room 932 and messaged on WhatsApp from QR code, and no reply or answer.
Upon check out - Pooh was very dismissive and rude to my partner Paul Walker, who is a Hyatt member, I booked, he paid and he requested the booking be added to his Hyatt membership, Pooh said 'no'. and was very abrupt and had very little customer service experience, Paul doesn't want to stay at COnrad again
ROOM - the photos appeared to have doors that opened which I thoughts we were getting - but no fresh air could be found in room and room smelt upon entry before air con turned on.
