Order a room dine in, waited for 45mins and has to call up to check status and was only told by the staff the order was out of stock amd was not process. The staff should monitor all orders is fulfilled. Then dissapointed.

Our family of 4 just stayed here for the past 2 nights as a stopover. The hotel is wll located, just a few minutes walk to an MRT (train) station which makes it super easy to get around. Staff were wonderful, friendly and accomodating, allowed us to store our bags today, and have access to the pool area after check out all afternoon as we werent flying untill 11pm. This was SO welcome as we were able to explore the city and have a swim and shower so that we were fresh for the airport. Highly recommend!

The front desk looks like I owed them a living. The check in was horribly organized, and there is no lines per se, just everyone crowding the front desk and try to check in. Property is in below 3-star condition. Bathroom does not have a fan and so it gets moldy.

It was an enjoyable stay. The showers in room are not great and have very low pressure a bit disappointing. Needs more g ocus on hygiene particularly around buffet breakfast.
