My overall impression of the hotel was average. While the property has potential, room cleaning being done only once every three days is not acceptable for a hotel of this category and was disappointing. On a positive note, the buffet breakfast was good, with a decent variety and quality, which was the highlight of the stay. With improved housekeeping services, the overall experience could be much better.

We were assigned to a 1 star room with a four feet high palatiform bed, the bed is next to a Hugh window (zero inch clearance) without any privacy, if you are afraid of height, you will not able go to sleep at all, plus it is difficult for senior to climb up four feet high palatiform bed like a money. Do not stay in thia one star hotel.

Great location for both Marina Bay and Sentosa near metro and bus stops. Also walking distance to Chinatown. Family room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Lots of restaurants and bars across the river. Kids loved the pool.

From the friendly and super-efficient check-in team of Hershie, Siru and Gem to the excellent views from our room, furama has it all. It made for a great Singapore holiday. An extra prize is the Hotels proximity to the local Tiong Bahru hawker market - go there for extra affordable local food treats. We look forward to our next visit.
