Everything was perfect until we discovered that the smallest room we had booked lacked a cabinet. There was no disclaimer informing us that the room didn’t have a place to store our belongings. Consequently, we struggled to find suitable spots to store our clothes for the entire week. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was just a 10-minute walk from a train station, which more than made up for the inconvenience.

Lin and other staff were absolutely awesome and accomodating. Too bad I left with so many bedbug bites. Please fix your bedbug infestation. I was previously checked into Room 402. Room looked as clean as ever but after the first night of sleeping, I woke up with bedbug bites all over my left hand and left thigh.

Fantastic Hotel!

Always amazing, this is a great hotel! The employees are always very friendly and helpful, the rooms are simple yet spotlessly clean, and the location is very good. This is my go-to hotel in Singapore.
