The hotel aesthetics is awesome. Check in was smooth thanks to Ka Woon who explained everything clearly. The sanctuary double double was spacious for a family of 4, and the view overlooking the reservoir makes for a great photo opportunity. The resort is connected to the zoo with only 1 bus stop (free shuttle available) to the bird park. This makes visiting the park convenient as we do not need to worry about the kids fussing. Special mention to Wichai and Joanne who welcomed us during the stay. They were very attentive and provided exceptional service. Also thanks to James who assisted with our luggage and helped to direct our cab driver on how to get to the resort. Although it was an ad-hoc stay for our family, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

It's a nice property in general but have a few issues. Food is below average. Room view may not be what they marketed. Glass window is dirty. No taxi and you have to pay a surcharge. The kids club and service are the bright spots. Might skip this if the price is the same as those 5 stars hotels in the city area.
