Location of the hotel is excellent and most importantly is that it allows you to bring your pets. IC via SingPass not accepted - staff insisted on physical IC for all guests. Disappointed that IC verification via SingPass wasn't allowed. My son forgot his physical IC and staff insisted on seeing it for all guests. Unaccommodating given circumstances & tech capabilities. Had to fetch forgotten IC. Not guest-friendly for a tech-savvy city like Singapore.

Rooms are small in size but clean and well maintained. The hotel is right in the middle of CBD and very close to Raffles Place MRT station, which made it easy for out group of 8 to get around Singapore. We spent NYE here and it was very quick & easy to walk back to the hotel from Marina Bay. Our package didnt include breakfast but there’s a hawker place in the ajdacent building plus many more restaurants all within walking distance. Hotel was quite full when we checked in but reception staff ensured all our rooms were on the same floor

Great location... 5 minute walk to Lau Pa Sat Hawker center, Amoy street (more restaurants) and Singapore River. 5 minute walk to Raffles Place MRT and Telok Ayer MRT. Clean room, friendly staff. Room service is three times a week and the housekeeping staff is always friendly to gives us clean towels and empty trash when needed. Room has a small fridge for leftovers, drinks or fruits. This Apart Hotel has a laundry facility and a small kitchen enough for eating breakfast that is bought at the hawker center which has a 24 hour dim sum stall.

The rooftop observation deck was a nice plus to see the city and when we needed amenities like extra towels or toothbrushes a little robot would appear and deliver the items we requested.
