1) Waited very long during check in, ended with an unit without bath tub. Upon going into the unit, noticed that the toiletries provided were only for 2 pax but I booked for 4 adults. Called receptionist and was informed it’s upon request & they will send. When the housekeeping came with the items, it was only meant for 1 pax. Immediately informed that we had requested for 2pax and had to wait for the housekeeping to give another set. 2) Throughout the night,

We have a wonderful stay at Oasia Sentosa Resort again at their suite room. Once again, the hotel prepared birthday amenities which was much enjoyed. Spacious room with a King bed and a pull out sofa queen bed. Thumbs up.

Booked a family suite with separate rooms with separate TVs, but the TV in our bedroom was faulty (can hear but cannot see). Instead of relying on the second TV facing the sofa bed (which the kids were already lying on), we called the front desk to send the technicians up but they were unable to resolve it as it was handled by an external telco StarHub. Given it was Fri night, that StarHub would only be available on Sat, and we were checking out then, we asked for service recovery to which the hotel offered (1) a change of room, or (2) complimentary breakfast. Kudos to the hotel for giving our family complimentary breakfast set worth $120++.

The staff were amazing and very willing to help when ever possible. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, but it was noisy at night from events and foot traffic. Very close to S.E.A. and Universal Studios as well as the Imbiah Station. We had a great time here as a family. Will definitely be back in the future

The room is spacious, warm and clean. All facilities and amenities is good to use and let you feel relax. However, when we asked the room concierge for two more bottles of water in the second night, although we knew the tap water is clean and met the international cleaning standard, we were told to drink the tap water directly. This is not our expectation on this situation.

Overall, a very good experience staying at the property. However, there isn't a ramp at the front of the hotel for wheelchair bound guest.

Not worth the money spent stayed 4 days and the first day I got there I noticed the sheets were dirty also they had me leave from my room on two occasions 10am -3pm to do a pest control maintenance pretty inconvenient. Over all I wouldn’t go back waste of money .

Great location !

Great location. Close to Imbiah station which is conveniently link to the beach and Resort World station. Not to mention it’s nice breakfast in Bedrock Origins !
