I recently stayed at Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay. Overall, the hotel itself is fine, but in my opinion, the price does not match the level of service provided. On the first morning, breakfast was calm and pleasant — just as it should be in a 5-star hotel. However, the following days were a complete disaster. A very large group, about 200 people all wearing matching T-shirts, flooded the restaurant. They were extremely loud, running around and creating total chaos. I literally had to wait over 10 minutes just to pour myself a cup of coffee! This situation continued for two consecutive mornings. I paid over $400 per night and expected a peaceful and refined atmosphere. The hotel management should have arranged a separate breakfast area for such a large and noisy group. I understand the desire to increase business revenue, but the general manager should also consider the comfort of all guests. In addition, as a Pacific Club member, I requested a room on the 19th floor but was placed on the 15th instead. It wasn’t a big issue until I noticed that several members of that same noisy group were actually staying on the 18th and 19th floors. Overall, this experience left me disappointed, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

The view from our room was amazing of the Marina Bay Sands. The hotel was amazing & everything about it was immaculate & excellent service. The breakfast was amazing & the city is walkable, the transport was also convenient.

Our room has a scenic view balcony. Loved the location of the hotel which is next to MRT. There are plenty of food options nearby. Multiple Malls are walking distance as well. I would stay here again in the future.

We absolutely love the PanPacific ParkRoyal Collection Hotels and six weeks ago was at the ParkRoyal Collection “Pickering” which is what we’re comparing this to. The overall feel and facilities at the Pickering Hotel is second to none. Marina Bay Sands is located in a very convenient area but it lacks what the Pickering Hotel has. In anddition, the breakfast felt more like a cafeteria style dining set up at Marina Bay, which was very disappointing. The food was good but not as great as Pickering.

Came for our honeymoon, had a great experience. Staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is awesome. Only thing was our room had the ants (which are common in Singapore due to heat) on the bed head board and switches. The hotel quickly sprayed it and treated it tho once we let them know. Didn’t see any ants after that!

Nice hotel. Good location. Close to MBS

Great hotel in a nice location attached to the mall. During my stay, the gym was unavailable unfortunately. There is also a laundromat nearby (mall) in case you are here as part of a longer trip but don’t want to pay for the crazy expensive laundry services in the hotel.
