We arrived at the hotel and was greeted extremely warmly by the hotel staffs. We then find out we were upgraded to their 2nd highest tier of suite. The suite was so big with a great view, there was a sauna and jacuzzi, and complimentary mini bar and laundry service. The staffs by far were the best part of our experience. Breakfast and Tea time at the pacific lounge were amazing. We were out and about for most of the day but it was so nice to sleep in a comfortable bed. We wished we had more time to enjoy all the other amenities.
