Superb hotel BUT If you book a Courtyard room be aware that they are all overlooked by the other Courtyard rooms - no privacy with curtains open.

The property itself is very interesting , playing a unique role as Singapore's first Post Office. It is a low rise gem sitting right on the river and the hop on bus route. The food in the Straits Club was excellent and Sahul and his team were most welcoming and helpful. We had a grat stay.
