location is very central, close to mall, restaurants, bus stop, etc. room was cleaned and decent size. shower area was small and the water kept going outside. staff were helpful, 24 hours. bed was comfortable. overall good experience, recommend it for a single person.

Travelling solo, not realising that the room I'd booked was window-less and quite pokey. There was no other room available at that rate, so I opted to upgrade. Also, the fire alarm went off briefly for two of my four nights there. No staff to reassure you that there it was not an emergency. Reception desk staff were excellent and helpful with various queries. Location was ideal.
