The family room turned out to be 2 adjoining rooms, which was even better. There were 2 sets of doors between the 2 rooms - a bit excessive in my opinion as it made a portion of the wall unusable. Room was very clean and the drinking tap was great. A bit cramped in the bathroom, and the sliding door was a bit stiff. Swimming pools are smaller than it looks in the photos and hotel map - once we got over the initial surprise, still an enjoyable experience. The mini lazy river was neither here nor there, in the sense that it was so small, might as well change it to a separate type of pool with lower maintenance and more usage. Entering and exiting Sentosa using the monorail via the QR code photo was a breeze. Breakfast buffet was great, but totally not worth it for my kids! The variety is expected, which is to say, quite good). Overall a pleasant experience and we would consider returning.

The staff is what makes this hotel amazing. Far jabs at front desk, Athena in house keeping who always did a wonderful job making our bed and tidying up for us. All the staff were so friendly and engaging. I truly believe you deserve 5 stars.

The deluxe room is a little tad small for a family of 4. May want to consider the family room for a more spacious area for the kids to run around. However, glad that they have an option for bed guard as a baby cot will cut down on the walking space. The bed is the only area to sit and rest. Ain’t much space to open a luggage too. Other than that.. the everyone including the kids LOVE the pool sections which catered from young toddlers to adults with nice scenery. Right next to Imbiah station which is good for travelling around within Sentosa and even out to Vivocity for food and shopping.

We love EVERYTHING about it! From the check in to Guest Services to Homekeeping to check out— service was amazing. The pool and food at pool bar was so good! All of us adults and children had so much fun! Short walking distance to monorail, Imbiah station, Resorts world thus everything was convenient!!! Free parking was a PLUS! Every lobby was equipped with free coffee, tea, FREE ICE!!!! Thank you to the amazing team at Village Hotel Sentosa! They were so welcoming and warm and we can’t wait to RETURN for a LONGER staycay!!! Could easily topped as the best family-friendly hotels in Singapore! HIGHLY RECOMMENED!
