Neu und sauber, nette Gastgeberin

Die Antonella ist eine nette Gastgeberin, zwar spricht sie nur italienisch aber mit den Händen, Herzlichkeit und mit Google Translate haben wir uns gut verstanden. Das Appartment ( nicht ganzes Haus!) ist neu und sauber, überall sind die Moskitonetze vorhanden- sehr wichtig. 2 x Klimaanlage, schönes Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, Bidet und Waschmaschine. Zwei Terrasen. Komplet ausgestatete Küche. ABER! Liebe VRBO!!!(Homeaway) Inserat ist irreführend! Es gibt nur eine Ferienwohnung zur Vermietung - KEIN Ganzes Ferienhaus!!! Im Inserat steht: Ferienhaus Yscra e Voes- und das stimmt auch nicht- das Objekt befindet sich in Sa Petra Ruja. In der Nähe von Pinienwald und Strand- das ist OK. Sa Petra Ruja ist eine Siedlung von den Ferienhäusern, FeWos und Villen aber mit den sehr sehr schlechten-katastrofalen Straßen-kein Asfalt-nur Erde, Sand, große Steine und sehr buckelig. Das FeWo ist im einen Doppelhaus-oben rechts. Unten rechts wohnt die Familie von Gastgeberin- im Suterän. Linke Hälfte benutzt als Wochenendhaus die Schwester von Antonella.

Ottima casa vicino alla spiaggia

Casa nella frazione di Iscra e Voes, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Santa Lucia (Sa Petra Ruja). Zona giorno spaziosa, due camere, bagno, doppia aria condizionata. Terrazza coperta anteriore e posteriore. Doppi vetri (silenzioso la sera). Ottimi arredi e pulizia.
