The house consists of 2 floors: on the ground floor there is a covered veranda, a large living room and a separate kitchen, complete with all appliances (coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, gas hob and refrigerator /freezer and kettle). On the second floor there is a shaded terrace, 3 bedrooms: one double and the other two doubles, 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The whole house is equipped with heat pumps (hot/cold). Adjacent to the kitchen there is a small service area with the washing machine. The house is surrounded by a large courtyard; in a reserved space of the latter there is a comfortable shower equipped with hot water.
