Solanas
Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa con amici e bambini. La casa si trova molto vicino al mare. È molto ben fornita e accessoriata. Casa davvero accogliente con una sala davvero grande. Doccia esterna molto ben fruibile e barbecue esterno enorme.
La zona è perfetta con mare fantastico.
Il paesino è piuttosto piccolo e ha ben poco da offrire, ma gli spostamenti sono agevoli.
Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile con consigli e indicazioni puntuali e molto cordiali

Wir würden dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen
Andrea ist sehr bemüht und sehr nett. Er war sofort erreichbar und hat versucht alle aufkommende Probleme zu lösen, aber….
das Haus und der Garten sind ungepflegt, verschmutzt und bieten keine Möglichkeiten für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
Sanitäranlagen (Toiletten, Duschen und Bidets) im EG konnten nicht genutzt werden, weil es fast nach jedem Gebrauch vollgelaufen waren. Wir können sehr viele Fotos/Nachweisbilder zur Verfügung stellen.
Mückenplage ist unbeschreiblich (dafür kann der Vermieter nichts) aber die Insektenrollos an den Fenstern/ Moskitonetze im ganzen Haus ( besonders in Schlafräumen) kaputt und alt. Wir sind nicht empfindlich, aber es war wirklich nicht auszuhalten.
Sehr gutes Grill und eine gute Küche für die, die selbst kochen möchten, sind vorhanden. Die Dusche draußen war unser Urlaubsrettung:(
Ich möchte jeder Familie (besonders mit Kindern) davon abzuraten, dieses Haus zu buchen!

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist von Bäumen beschattet, was sich positiv auf das Klima des Hauses auswirkt. Es gab viele Mücken.

Ottima scelta
Abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie (4 adulti e 4 bambini) nel mese di Agosto. La casa è vicina al mare, alla bella spiaggia di Solanas raggiungibile a piedi in poco tempo. La casa si adatta bene a due famiglie affiatate per numero di camere e spazi comuni; è pulita e ben tenuta. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. L'unico consiglio che posso dare al proprietario è "rivedere" un pò il giardino e lo spazio per i due posti auto, ma ovviamente è un parere personale. In generale valutazione ottima e sicuramente da consigliare.

Ein Superurlaub
Der Aufenthalt in Solanas war genauso erholsam, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben.
Die Angaben zum Haus und zur Lage entsprachen zu 100 Prozent der Beschreibung und ließen keine Wünsche offen.
Vielen Dank auch an den Vermieter, der jederzeit ansprechbar war .
