Vacation home in picturesque Noordholland on a large plot, close to the beach

Wonderfully quiet in the family-friendly holiday park Gudea you will find your new home for an unforgettable holiday. The detached house has a secluded, park-like garden with a large covered terrace and a beautiful, unobstructed view over the traditional flowering tulip fields of North Holland. On the property there is also a children's swing and enough space and exercise to play.
In addition, the holiday park Gudea also has an intact, beautifully landscaped children's playground.
The beach at Sint Maartenszee can be reached in about 2.5 kilometers safely on the bike path or by car. The vast dune landscape is largely nature reserve and is criss-crossed by extensive trails for running or cycling.
Whether you want to spend a relaxing day on the beach with your family or use the expansive beach for miles of beautiful walks, Sint Maartenszee is the perfect place for a variety of holiday experiences.
The surrounding area shines with historic towns such as Schagen, Alkmaar and Horn. Also Amsterdam is only an hour away.
In Sint Maartenszee there are several shops, a cleaning, two restaurants, a snack bar, miniature golf at the campsite, a small amusement park, a small swimming pool with sauna, bike rental and opportunities for horse riding or canoeing. On Mondays, a popular flea market takes place in the high season.
Nearby there are various shops and restaurants. The next largest town is Callantsoog. Here you have the opportunity to stroll through a village promenade and enjoy Dutch specialties.
Also Schagen offers, 12 kilometers away, ample scope for successful holiday shopping.
Another attraction is next to the historic old town with many shops, the cheese market in Alkmaar - "Little Amsterdam". This is always on Fridays from 10:00 to 12:30 from the first Friday in April to the first Friday in September in the city center.

Wonderful stay in proper house

We enjoyed our time in this very clean house and the surrounding area.The kitchen was very well equiped,you could even bake a cake.The communication with the host was very friendly and fast.

Nice house with great garden near the sea

We liked the big and nice garden with swings for our young daughters. A small central playground is nearby. The area itself is nice and quiet. The house itself is big and well equiped. The contact with the owner was very good with quick responses. The sea is within 10 to 15 minutes by bikes (which are also present). We had a great holiday in our own country with our two daughters of 5 and almost 7 years old.

Haus sehr angenehm. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Lage ruhig und trotzdem nahe an allem, was das Leben schön macht. Den Punktabzug gibt es für die sehr steile und enge Treppe, die nicht kindergerecht ist, sowie dafür, dass in der Beschreibung ein Pool in der Anlage erwähnt ist, den wir vergeblich gesucht haben.Das Haus ist gemütlich, der Garten sehr gepflegt und die Ausstattung gut.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht. Toller Weitblick aus dem Wohnzimmer und dank der überdachten Terrasse war das Frühstück auch draußen möglich trotz herbstlicher Temperaturen.

Charmantes Häuschen mit super Ausstattung

Uns hat es in dem Häuschen sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die große überdachte Terrasse mit Blick in den netten Garten und die dahinterliegenden Felder ist super. An sich ist der kleine Bungalowpark sehr ruhig, man hört nur den Verkehr der nicht ganz so weit entfernt liegenden Hauptstraße etwas, wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Reich war sehr angenehm, auch bei einem Extra-Anliegen, das wir hatten (wir hatten etwas im Haus vergessen) war sie sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Wir würden das Ferienhaus auf alle Fälle wieder buchen.

nettes gemütliches Haus

gemütliches sauberes Häuschen etwas in einer einsamen und abgelegenen Feriensiedlung zum Meer mit Rad ca 25 min sehr gut ausgestattete Küche die drei kleinen Schlafzimmer oben im Dach über steile Treppe (fast Leiter) für Kleinkinder und nicht sehr mobile Menschen gar nicht so einfach manches bräuchte mal einen Touch durch Handwerker wie Heizungsdisplay oder TV, den wir nicht anmachen konnten oder Gärtner in Garten und Terrasse

Wunderbares Haus

Das Haus ist persönlich, gemütlich und mit viel Aufmerksamkeit für Details eingerichtet. Alles Geschirr ist in guter Qualität und Zahl vorhanden, alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Haus ist sauber und einladend. Wir hatten nicht den Eindruck, dass hier auf "billig" gemacht wurde. Der Aufstieg in den ersten Stock geht über eine sehr steile Treppe, nix für alte Menschen oder solche mit Behinderungen. Auch ist das Schlafen sehr dicht unter der Dachschräge vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache, die Betten sind aber groß und bequem, der Garten (große Terrasse mit Grill) schön und privat mit Ausblick auf eine große Weide und einen Windpark, der nicht stört. Wir werden wiederkommen, denken aber, dass mehr als vier Erwachsene im Haus zu viel sein könnten.

Tolles Domizil

Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, mit gepflegtem Garten. Sehr ruhige Wohnlage. Der nahe Campingplatz liefert Brötchen. Energie für das E-Auto bekommt man dort ebenfalls. Das Haus liegt zentral und per Fahrrad oder Pkw lassen sich schöne Strände und interessante Orte besuchen.

Toller Urlaub in gemütlichem Haus

Wir können nur Positives sagen. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Für uns war der Fahrradschuppen perfekt, wir konnten unsere eBikes sicher unterstellen.und tolle fahrradtouren durch Nordholland und zum Strand unternehmen.
