This property is very well kept and pleasant. Our guests had a significant issue with scents in the home, which included diffusers and air fresheners in every room as well as bedding that was quite scented. If you have sensitivities to these things you may wish to know this and maybe communicate that to the property owner to see what your options are. Otherwise, it was excellently kept.

Excellent place and location!!

We had an awesome time at your home. It was very nice place to stay. We will definitely come back again when we are in the area. Only a couple of things that needs improvement. The backyard gate on the east side needs to latch. I had to use a bungee cord to keep the gate from opening. The other is the southwest bedroom and the smaller bedroom. Both needs a regular mattress. They only had a small cushion that my family said it was uncomfortable. Other then that, it was an amazing place to stay.

Good place to stay in Sioux Center, Iowa

We easily booked the home online. Everything worked well. The house was clean and ready for us. Would certainly recommend this place as a place to stay. Very nicely located in the heart of Sioux Center, in the older part of town near Dordt college. Very pretty neighborhood. Would be great for a walk on a summer day, but we were there in the heart of winter. If you do come in the summer, they have some bicycles for you to use. Note the garage is not as deep as it was originally. They have added a laundry off the kitchen that intrudes into the garage; therefore, long vehicles may not fit in the garage. Our XT4 did fit, but it is fairly short car. It would be nice if the owners would provide a garage door opener remote, but we didn't see one. There is a hot tub! It's not listed, so it came as a surprise. Makes up for the shortened garage? There is a fireplace with firewood, but a note said not to use it. Not sure if that is temporary out of use or permanent. If you need a fireplace, you should ask about using it. There is an artistic ladder that hangs above your head over one of the beds. We found this a little scary. We suggest they take the ladder off the ceiling and hang it on a wall. Overall, a very nice place to stay. We will likely stay there again on our next trip and would recommend it to anyone needing a place in Sioux Center.
