Lovely apartment inside a residential complex with shared swimming pool, in Sirmione.



The apartment, located on the second floor reachable on foot, opens onto the bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table. The living room overlooks two balconies, the first equipped with a table and chairs ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation in the open air, the second with a magnificent lake view. The apartment continues with an independent kitchen complete with kettle, microwave, toaster and American coffee maker.

The sleeping area consists of a bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed, closet and television. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.



*Please note that the ramp to the garage is somewhat steep.



*We inform our guests that the building is currently undergoing renovations. For this reason, it is possible that there may be noise during the day and the hours of access to the parking garages may be limited.



The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

"The pearl of Garda" is what the wonderful city of Sirmione is called. Next to the Castle begins the panoramic road that runs along Lake Garda, which offers unforgettable views. For cycling lovers, we suggest taking part in the itinerary to discover Lugana Wine, cycling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.



The apartment is around 10 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 30 minutes from the airport of Verona.
