Dimensions: 45sqm + 20sqm outdoor space or 57sqm + 8sqm outdoor space.

- electricity, water, heating or air conditioning, kitchen with induction hobs, fridge with freezer, cutlery and pans, microwave, first supply of bed linen, bathroom and kitchen, hairdryer;
- parking space inside the building, near the apartment;
- final cleaning except crockery and kitchen;
