Good size room, clean and comfortable, but check in and check out took a long time for something as simple as handing over a key then leaving

Perfect location, excelente staff

Booked a room with one single bed on expedia, upon checking in i was told the room has two separate beds, and i had to pay some 30€ extra for a room with double bed, which i did, when i checked into the room i found two beds joined together., i could have done the same myself with the first room. It was a cheap move from the hotel receptionist. Otherwise, tge room was clean, quiet, specious, and the hotel was very well located meters away from the shopping scene.

Rooms were spotless

It is a four star hotel and they do not give water

The room was large and the beds were comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super with lots of choice. The towel rail in the bathroom worked really well so we had lovely warm towels and could dry gloves easily.
