Sitges Spaces Oasis Penthouse is a beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment located on the penthouse level in the Oasis residential area directly in the centre of Sitges. It has a privileged location surrounded by local commerce, restaurants, cafés, etc., all within footsteps of the property but at the same time protected from noisy, busier areas!
The building has a roomy elevator to take you up to the 5th floor penthouse level. As soon as you open the door you will enjoy the welcoming natural light that brightens the apartment all day thanks to its south-facing, sea view orientation. In the centre of Sitges this is particularly important as ONLY south facing apartments can enjoy bright natural light all day!
The penthouse is designed with an 'open plan' living room/kitchen style providing ample space to move around comfortably even with larger groups. The property has been recently renovated offering a tasteful, modern and harmonious decor! It offers 3 double bedrooms (one with queen size bed and the other two bedrooms with single beds). All 3 bedrooms are equipped with large built-in closets allowing comfortable access to your clothes during your stay. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional people to sleep allowing us to accommodate up to 8 guests. There are also 2 beautiful, modern bathrooms with walk-in showers easily accessible from all the bedrooms.
One of the most enticing features of the property is the south- facing terrace which offers beautiful and panoramic views of the Sitges skyline together with a glimpse of the ocean! A perfect setting for outdoor eating and relaxation !
The kitchen is roomy and well equipped with all modern appliances and all necessary cookware to prepare meals during your stay. Right off the kitchen is a laundry room with a washing machine.
The penthouse also has access to a community pool just for residences of the building and a parking spot is available for a small extra charge.
For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.
Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.
Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).
For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.
