I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Jessica and Marie at reception were amazing. They greeted us with warm smiles and made the check-in seamless. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests truly made our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was incredible, the decor, atmosphere and ambience was second to none. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming stay! We are very much looking forward to returning for our next stay. Jessica & Perzha xx

Excellent spa, room was ok

We really enjoyed the spa facilities, pools, and the location being close to the ocean. Spa staff were excellent - came to the tub to offer to bring us drinks. The room itself was small and not as great - we had a "sea view" but there were benches blocking the actual view. The toilet was broken and would not flush. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The staff we interacted with were nice. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was a great trip, and worth the price simply due to the spa facilities. Note that the room itself was not worth the price, but the excellence of the spa pools made up for it.

This is a hotel with a restaurant and SPA, which means there are lots of facilities. Two things really stood out: the breakfast was flawless and the staff were very professional and caring.

The smallest room ever

The bedroom would be classed as a small single in any international 4*/ 5* hotels; although it is nicely decorated it is MUCH too small for 2 people - especially for the price charged. There is nowhere to unpack clother, nor to leave suitcases so we had to leave one on the floor of the hallway entrance the entire time, blocking the door and access to the (equally minuscule) shower room. The staff are super and the spa is pretty good. Breakfast is amazing!

Good for a weekend break

Typical Nordic Hotel: minimum luxury in rooms, service culture non existent but excellent SPA and good food in Restaurants. Once you know what to expect you are actually going to enjoy it and the location is very beautiful.

Amazing!! Amazing place!! Loved it. The spa is so so nice, the interior and decor is beautiful. Woke up to lovely relaxing spa music and could see a beautiful view of the ocean from my balcony. The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety. Definetlty going back!

beautiful seaside resort - everything you need. Rooms on smaller side. If you want a larger room you should book higher than deluxe room. Beautiful spa services and area. Recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Good for holidays but for business

I stayed in this hotel as part of a conference. Rooms are small with no desk at all where to work. Bathroom even smaller. One single lift for the 6 floor building which most used by cleaning staff which makes it long to get it. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Food very good. Spa Superb. Other personnel very poor service. Specially cleaning staff. Noticeable they did not receive any customer service training.

The spa was very clean and relaxing. Room very clean and beds extra soft and comfortable. One of the best breakfast buffets I have experienced in a hotel. Will definately stay again.

Just perfect!

This hotel/resort was awesome. The staff were quick to cater to all our needs. There was plenty to do on the resort, however it was most relaxing too. This is definately a place I would recommend and return for another visit. Great experience.

Beautiful Swedish Hotel

This beautiful Swedish hotel is situated right on a sandy beach and surrounded by woodland. The room was a little on the small side but beautifully appointed in a typically Swedish style. We were the only English people in the hotel and all signs etc were in Swedish. However, the wonderful hotel staff all spoke excellent English so getting information was no problem. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive, with something for every taste. The restaurant was excellent but be aware that it is very expensive for British travellers. The hotel was busy but we got a sense of tranquility everywhere and it never seemed noisy, even considering the large number of children staying. I would certainly stay here again.
