Welcome to Il Mare, a private 4 bedroom, two storey beach house refurbished to create a sense of style, relaxed living and tranquillity.

Private, peaceful and relaxing Il Mare is a 2 minute walk to Skenes Creek beach and a 5 minute drive to Apollo Bay township.

Upon entry to Il mare you will find 2 split level bedrooms on the lower floor both designed to offer seclusion including a sitting area complete with television and sofa. Views of the water and morning sunrises are captured through the large glass sliding doors which open onto a decking area. Each of these bedrooms have an en suite bathroom.

The second level comprises open plan kitchen, dining, living and a further 2 bedrooms with a family bathroom.

Arriving on the 2nd level you are met with views across Skenes Creek beach to Cape Patton and beyond, summer days and evenings can be spent enjoying the views on the expansive deck which opens from the lounge and includes an undercover outdoor dining space with BBQ.

During the colder months light the wood fire and settle into the lounge to watch the waves roll by.

Il Mare can be enjoyed as a romantic getaway for couples who want to enjoy space and privacy, it is also ideal accommodation for two small families.
