A utility/drying room provides a stainless-steel sink, extra fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and traditional drying creel. There is a ground-floor shower room, two further bathrooms, and an en-suite to the master bedroom, which has a double bed and a single pull-out bed that can be added to any single to create a double, or used in any room for flexibility. Bedrooms are spacious, with some featuring decorative fireplaces only. The games room includes a pool table, table tennis, Nintendo GameCube and board games, perfect for relaxed evenings after a day exploring the Dales. Outside, an enclosed rear garden offers lovely views, garden furniture, BBQ facilities and parking via a side gate.
