Good amount of sun and right on the water. Hot tub was great.

Each family enjoyed its own private bathroom—no sharing required—making this sprawling rental feel truly luxurious. The home itself was airy and bright, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The only delightful quirk of Skykomish? The gentle rumble of the train as it rolls through town. If you’re a light sleeper, pack some earplugs—but for most of our group, it was just part of the area’s rustic charm.
