Cosy and secluded brook-side lodge

Sunny Brook Lodge provides unsurpassed guest facilities, with attention to detail throughout. If you love the great outdoors but also crave luxurious comfort, this quirky self-catering lodge is your perfect destination.
The kitchen has a fridge, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, freezer, microwave, and washing machine. You can dine at the table, breakfast bar, or outside beside the brook. There is a fully stocked book case, and  plenty of indoor and outdoor family games for your enjoyments whilst staying here. A large smart TV and internet access is available, and with 3 bedrooms, can comfortably sleep 4.

In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed, tv and wardrobe. The second and third bedrooms have single beds and storage space. Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
Enjoy a lovely barbecue in the private brook side garden, and watch the ducks swim by, or snuggle up under the trees in the cosy blankets.
There is a fantastic nature walk 2 minutes away,(Horseshoe Hollow) and lovely woodland/waterfall walks 3 miles away.

- Check-in time is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking on premises . - Well behaved pets are allowed at the property at an extra cost of £30 payable on arrival. Please note the back garden is not fully enclosed. Self check in.
