We checked in Friday at 4 and checked out Monday morning. The TV in our room didn’t work so they moved us to another room, next morning. The hotel is doing renovations so there wasn’t a bar in the lobby. I was told at check in there was an indoor pool…there was not an indoor pool. Only a pool outside that was closed for the season. I found that out AFTER I bought a swimsuit. The hotel held $300 instead of just $50 and couldn’t reverse the charges until we checked out. It’s Thursday and the hotel is still holding $50 of my money. Although the manager that came in was very understanding and compassionate it wasn’t anything she could do. Unfortunately I do not recommend a stay at this hotel.

Lobby has been remodeled; the rooms have not… yet (seems like that might be in the works). The staff wasn’t particularly attentive, but still a decent value for a single night stay, before catching an early morning flight out.

I will never stay at this property again. I chose it because the pics seemed to reflect a property that was contemporary and up to date. It was indeed a nice property, however when we arrive and stopped by the front desk to pick up our key as we had pre-checked in, there was a wait and they didn't know how much longer it would be before our room would be ready. It was 6:15 and check in was supposed to had been 3pm. I asked for some sort of credit for the inconveniences and the manager said she couldnt offer one and there was no corporate office for me to contact and that she couldn't provide me with the franchise owners number. She apologized for the inconveniences and offered to cancel the reservation and i could go to another location. Its 6:15 on a Saturday. Where would i get a room at this time after coming off the road? Yep, its a definite NO for me and i recommend that it's a NO for anyone considering a stay here. It's a really nice property and it has 3 or 4 floors with PLENTY of rims. I can't imagiine why there wouldnt be any clean rooms until later in b the evening.

It did not offer an airport shuttle and it does not have a restaurant or a bar which were three of the things that made us select this. Hotel is going under renovation so hopefully when that's all complete it will be a better option. Unfortunately it is not walkable to any of the businesses as there are no crosswalks.
