We were excited to stay here, but as always you expect the check in information after you make a payment. Is last minute and very hot … I mean very very hot outside, so we rushed to enter the building. There is no receptionist or front desk, yet the phone number provided in the receipt was not in service. We had two younger children and we were stranded in the heat because there was a power outage, therefore we couldn’t even wait inside. Long story short, the property owner was MIA, so we left without checking in. Hotels.com staff tried to find us a hotel, but it was very small and due power outages the hotel was very uncomfortable without the AC because they couldn’t power the generator. No AC and No fans, but it was good that we got reimbursed our money back.
