Disgusting

The worst stay I’ve had in my life. Checkin took 2 hours and check out was hectic too I kept receiving phone calls for hours after check out to asking me the same questions. The bed sheets and pillows weren’t clean. Very unhygienic.

Avoid …..terrible customer care.

Terrible company would never use again…… Appt didn’t have a working shower / bath when I arrived and despite numerous calls by me almost all of which were never returned and promises made it still wasn’t fixed 4 nights later. The bed was soft and sagging with stains on the throw. “Opulent” it wasn’t !!
