Unfortunately our stay was not fantastic, we had 3 room and each room had problems. We did notify staff on our departure as it was a late arrival and early departure so nothing could be done. Beds wasn’t super comfortable either, however the overall area was clean and tidy.

The room was clean. I enjoyed the deep bathtub. The bed was in my favorite firmness. A refrigerator would be nice amenity to have since I had dinner in my room. Overall, very pleasant experience.

Easy to find, easy parking, easy check-in, comfortable room. Less than 10 minutes drive from Terminal 5. Very good value to save getting up at 3am to drive from Somerset.

Check in staff were friendly and accommodating. Check in process was smooth and efficient. Room was clean and tidy as well spacious and comfortable. Only gripe was no iron in the room. Housekeeping did however bring one up promptly on request. A great stay regardless!

Excellent value as this was a spacious and comfortable room with all necessary amenities. The staff on the desk were charming and very helpful to us and we were delighted with how handy the hotel was to Terminal 5. Highly recommended, we will use this hotel again.
