Close to excellent.

Well located for Terminal 5. Underground parking available at £15 per day. Spacious room. Great shower. Nice firm bed. Unfortunately, only one thin pillow per person (no spares in room), which resulted in a bad night’s sleep and a stiff neck.

Hotel was great with 1 exception no hot water, no phone in room, so i had to make a normal phone call to reception and the it went to voicemail. A real shame i would have given it 10 out of ten but for the water.

Formerly distribution function area where the town not intended to attract people. Thus, limited choice for dining and having fun hanging around. Good location for one night stay who needs early and no-traffic-worry access to LHR.

Great accommodation near Heathrow

Excellent hotel with friendly, attentive and polite staff. Great value stay with nice breakfast options. Great location, good secure car park. Room spacious and comfortable with everything you need. Putting a 9 digit code into door lock to get into room is a bit unusual but works! Evening food menu was limited as only a couple of dishes available Shower in morning was a bit challenging, no hot water despite numerous turns of both knobs. However bath tap did have hot water so must have separate feed or shower tap was faulty. Reported to staff and they said they would get straight onto it. Would definitely stay here again or at any of their hotels. All round good stay. Thanks

It was an okay stay not the best experience but it’s a hotel close to the airport and i booked on short notice. The breakfast was not good at all, and there were a lack of options and things were missing from the breakfast spread. I would say the main thing that left a sour taste in my mouth is the lady at the reception was not helpful with my bags at all when i asked her to follow me to the car. At first she followed me to my car and then just dropped it off at the entrance and i had to go back inside and ask again please help me maam i’m running late. so the lack of help in that area was a bit frustrating. Also the food not being available until after 3, was so annoying and also not clear at all. Staff were pleasant but didn’t seem to really have any sense of urgency at all.
