Sewerage in bath

Stayed 3 nights. Sewerage came through bath waste on night 1. Complained in morning and assured a plumber would fix. Came back to room that night to find sewerage still in the tub. Had to clean myself. No explanation from staff. Could not shower properly. 3 rd night I was moved and on check out was told nothing they could do. I asked if fair to charge full fee and they said they would refund via Expedia. Maybe not 2 but most certainly 1 night. I paid £91 per night and recieved just £22 refund and no explanation or apology. This can be a good hotel but management is very poor

The rooms are spacious and great for airport stay. We booked three rooms for one night( last-minute) , one was perfect, one had some smell and the last one had a broken AC ( they brought fans which worked out) the beds were comfortable. The lobby is very nice, clean and updated. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The shuttle to the airport was convenient but not free, so we took an uber. Will consider staying again.

Cabs from Heathrow Airport wouldn't take us to Colnbrook Hotel. It cost us £50 flatrate for a cab to drive us there, it was a 7 minute drive. It was 11:30 pm so not many options available. .

This is an excellent place if you are looking for a one night stay- example like if you are in transit. It is very close to the airport (10min drive when no traffic). Amenities are very limited. The hotel does not have a landline. There is no phone in the room for room service, you will need to physically walk to the reeception if you need assistance. However the staff is really good. Overall i recommend this hotel and if i am in transit again and need a place for a one night stay, this will be my 1st choice.
