The hotel was nice and clean, however shower had very little water pressure, it wasn't enough to rinse the soap off the shower floor. The bed was very uncomfortable, it had large sagging areas, I'm assuming it was used as a chair since these rooms did not have chairs in them.

TRU hotel is fairly consistent and is a complete carbon from hotel to hotel. It makes it generally easy when booking a room knowing exactly what you are getting.

Unfortunately I believe that previous stays at other locations were better. This was the first time I was asked to provide a credit card for “incidentals” which were not incurred but how long will the pending charge stay on my account? I also think I was charged twice for the incidental deposit. There was no shampoo in the shower, just the body wash and TWO bottles of conditioner. There is no microwave or coffee maker in the room. Staff had to be told that regular coffee was lacking at breakfast. The only bright spot was the breakfast attendant who was friendly and helpful. Doubt I will stay at this location again.

Rooms are extremely small. Even if you get a king. Barely enough room to put up my babies pac n play. Had to move the refrigerator to get enough room. Smallest room I've ever been in.

Warm, friendly welcome. Very restful stay because of the well prepared, shiny clean, common spaces and room. Breakfast has all we needed and Bernard made it all the more special, by getting us some almond milk, which really helps for one with milk allergy Thank you, Bernard
