The place was OK, parking later at night was a challenging, specially with a truck. They have limited space. The rooms are avarage and the toilets are round bowls instead of elongated. It does make a big difference. I would expect them in a hotel chain this big and renowned. The view of the water is fantastic.

The town is lovely and easy to get around. The property was outstanding and view from our room was amazing. Everything was so close by. 1000 cruises 5 minutes away and lots of choice in food options. We will definitely return. This hotel was one of tbe best

We had a nice stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient. One minor thing that we only got amenities for two people but we were three. But housekeeping delivered the missing amenities after we called. Staff were super friendly . They let us check in early too which was very courteous. Our room was water facing but there was a service balcony outside our window where workers were walking around so not a really great view. Overall a very nice stay!

Very loud air conditionner.

Hôtel is very nice. However we were offered an accessible room, as no other standard room was available. We did not know this at the booking stage. This should have been known to us. However this was not such an issue except that the room had an air conditioning unit that was excessively loud every time it went on. This completely disrupted our sleep for three nights in a row.

If you’re used to Delta/Marriott standards do not expect that here. Had to switch rooms after given a room that was musty, overlooking a decrepit rooftop, and 80+ degrees with the AC on. Room switch was an improvement, but had spiders inside, mold in the shower, and after the first night the musty smell also came in. Was excited to use the pool, but after 3 minutes in it found hair balls and realized the water was murky so left. Had to have two different staff members come up to my room when room keys stopped working. Parking for SUVs and trucks is very limited and required insane spots to be squeezed into. Overall really sad I stayed here and can’t believe I paid $600/night for what was worse than most motels.

The staff at the restaurant was outstanding and went above and beyond service. Our meals were the best we have ever had in all our travels from coast to coast. We even got to meet the chef which was a very special experience. The hotel was very clean, room was large, renovated, comfortable bed, clean bathroom
