Front desk staff was nasty and not friendly I had to ask for someone else to help me check into my other room! The Bartender was amazing very nice and friendly! Rooms was nice and clean but could do some renovation in the living room area very old and damaged looking!

The entire experience from check in to check out was excellent. The room was more than I expected and provided me with a comfortable evening. Lobby was beautiful with its garden like feel. The room is very worn with holes in the furniture and stained shower with gaps in the caulking. Also the lobby restaurant for dinner is a joke. The wait staff forgets to put your order into the kitchen, service was very slow and the food was barely edible.

We had a nice stay at the Embassy Suites. The staff was nice and we appreciated the amenities. The only negative was our room had food stains still on the coach that needed to be cleaned and the elevators close to the room didn’t work properly. You could go up but not down on our floor. All in all it was a good stay and the location to the airport was perfect.

Had to call for airport shuttle as was left waiting almost an hour and when arrived no one in sight then got into room and it was smelling of heavy mold and pitch black as no lights attached to switch were on at all. It was dingy dirty and smelt horrible very disgusting and disappointing

I only stayed one night. I required a roll in shower, initially they gave me the wrong room, but when brought to their attention, they swiftly changed my room. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint, the pillows were too soft. I had to fold one pillow over, and it still wasn’t hard enough. Other than that, everything was pretty good.
