This was my first stay in North Topsail. The beach views were fantastic. I was not around to walk on the beach as I was there for work in Topsail Island. The host was excellent and eager to please. A/C was good even if it was a bit confusing to figure out. I loved hearing the ocean at night while going to sleep. The unit just needs a bit up upkeep and it was challenging maneuvering around the bed to get to the mini kitchen area.

While the condo duplex itself was nice, this particular room was not. It doesn't have a sofa or dining table. The kitchenette is tucked behind a set of bunk beds and only has a tiny sink, microwave and a little bitty stove thing but no pots and pans or cooking utensils. Even if there were, and you did cook, the sink isn't big enough to wash dishes. There is no deck or patio. While the view is nice, the windows were dirty and wouldn't stay open. The white comforter on the king bed was dingy. The air return and air filter looked like they haven't been cleaned/changed in years. The pools and hot tubs were nice. The host was friendly and gave us a tour of the place at check-in. Although very kind, we prefer places that have self check-in. For the low price, the place was decent enough, but I wouldn't stay there again. I'd rather pay more and have a usable kitchen, a sofa, and somewhere to sit and eat.

Oh I just loved my stay at North Topsail Beach at the Villa Capriani with my husband and 2 kids!! The owner was so friendly and helpful. It was easy to book and the view and location was just gorgeous. Walk to the beach, pool for adults and kids and a hot tub. What more could you ask for? It was relaxing and that's what we wanted relaxation. It made it feel like you're at home. They had everything you may need beach gear and all. I loved that part! We as a family will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was a smaller lockout unit in a larger suite- this made staying at the Villa Capriani very affordable. The unit had two rooms, a bathroom and a mini kitchenette. The mini kitchen was great for reheating food and basic breakfast and lunch items. It would be tricky to cook a full meal, but with the cost savings of the unit, we went out to eat more. You can’t beat the location! The king sized bed was very comfortable. Our son enjoyed the bunk beds and watching tv from the top bunk. The AC worked great throughout the entire unit. The washer/dryer was convenient. For the most part the unit was quiet unless someone was talking in the entrance hallway. We put a towel at the bottom of the door at night to block the light. Great for a small family with younger kids. You do need to walk through the bedroom with the bunk beds to get to the bathroom. Convenient having a restaurant on site, the pools were fun and beach access was great! The restaurant has an entire gluten free menu and the most amazing gluten free boom-boom shrimp ever! The host Frank was awesome! He met us at check-in to take us to the unit and show us around the Villa. He’s very laid back and responsive to texts.Checkout was super easy, instructions very uncomplicated and nothing unreasonable. We’d love to return next summer!

Beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay, everything we needed was right there. The owner even met me in the rain to make sure we were squared away for our stay and that we knew how to get around. Very courteous and friendly atmosphere. I would definitely stay again.

Great location great price

Beautiful location the pools were clean and enjoyable with the beach access being immediately accessible. Only suggestion I would make is for our specific rooms. There was no seating space to eat. It was just kitchen and beds. A couple chairs, and a small table or some TV trays would’ve been nice. However, for the price, can’t beat it.
