The home is beautifully designed with shared spaces for everyone to enjoy. With two living rooms, a large upstairs office, a chef-ready kitchen with a cocktail bar, and a dining area that seats 12, it’s perfect for entertaining, holiday meals, or après-ski evenings. Step outside to expansive decks with a private hot tub, plenty of room for yoga or games, and stunning mountain views under the stars.

On the main level, you’ll find a large mudroom to store your gear, a glassed-in living room with soaring ceilings and a cozy fireplace, an open kitchen with a pass-through serving window, and a seating and gaming area for family fun. A powder room, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a bedroom with two twin beds, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet complete this floor.

Upstairs, two luxurious master suites each feature a king bed, en-suite bath with double sinks, shower, soaking tub, and ample closet space. A lofted office and study with couches, a bar, mini-fridge, and private bath offers a quiet spot for remote work or relaxation.

The lower level includes a second living room, ideal for kids or movie nights, plus two additional bedrooms—a queen with en-suite shower and a twin room with attached bath featuring tub and shower. An extra full bath throughout the home brings the total to seven, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for all guests.

Outside, enjoy the fresh mountain air on the expansive decks, perfect for dining, yoga, or games, and unwind in the private hot tub after a day of adventure.

Please note that this home is not on the shuttle or bus route, and we encourage guests to rent a car or arrange chauffeur service (we can help) for convenience. Located just minutes from Snowmass Village Mall, Base Village, the Center, and Two Creeks Base Area, and only 12 miles from Aspen, this home provides easy access to all mountain activities with ample parking for your whole group.

For transparency, the home is technically a 6-bedroom property, but one master suite is reserved for owner use only. Guests will have full access to the remaining five bedrooms and all other amenities. For more than 10 guests, we have 2 sofas or would be happy to set up (an) air mattress(es) to accommodate 1-2 additional people upon request.

Check-In Informations:
1. All guests will receive a reservation email and text confirmation from SkyRun Aspen at the time of booking with a direct contact number.

2. All guests will receive a comprehensive check-in instruction email and text 48 hours prior to check-in.

Our home is located just a few minute's drive from Snowmass Village Mall, Base Village, the Center, and Two-Creeks Base Area. We are 12 miles from all the cultural riches of downtown Aspen, and nearby all the must-visit summer sports like the Maroon Bells. 

We have ample room to park multiple vehicles. 

As you enter our home you are greeted by a large entryway with 24-hour access and a mudroom for your gear to the left. Down a half flight of stairs is a glassed-in high-ceiling living room with fireplace. Adjacent is a large open format kitchen with cocktail bar and pass-through for serving and entertaining. Beyond this and across from the kitchen is a dining table to seat 12, and a secondary seating and gaming area behind. This is a perfect spot to spread out for a weekend or Christmas night with the family. 

Behind the kitchen is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. Down the hallway on the same floor is a powder room. Beyond is a bedroom with two twin beds, an attached walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with two sinks, detached vanity, and shower and bathtub with a lock-off door. 

Upstairs on the second split level are two master bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a king bed, en-suite bathrooms with lock-off showers, toilets and bathtubs adjacent to double sink vanities, and ample closet space all wrapped in fabulous style. 

One floor up is a large all-wood study and office with full couches, a bar and mini-fridge area, and an en-suite bathroom. 

In the basement, there is a second living room for the kids or break out groups, and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. The twin room has a shower and tub on the attached bathroom, and the queen room a shower.

Outside there is plenty of deck space for outdoor yoga, dining, or games, and a private hot tub.
