Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. This condo is air conditioned to keep it cool in the warmer months. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
