THE PROPERTY:
Gather your family, friends, or both, and enjoy Shamrock 72, a wonderful and dog-friendly townhome nestled in the Shamrock community! The Shamrock complex is family-friendly, and is close to the Western Territory, and the Powder Monkey and Powderidge ski lifts!

Shamrock 72 comfortably accommodates up to eight Guests with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Trimmed with wood accents, the interior boasts heated floors on the main level, a wood-burning stove, and beautiful wood accents on the walls.

The primary suite, with a king bed, is located on the second level which has a full bath in the hall, a second bedroom with twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a third bedroom with two twin bunks. The main floor has additional sleeping capacity with a pullout sofa sleeper.

For your outdoor enjoyment, Guests have access to the community amenities such as the basketball court, tennis court, covered picnic area, playground, pickleball, shuffleboard, shared gas fire pit, and a green space with a bike washing station.

Once you come back up on the Powderidge lift, you can access the Shamrock complex which is about 500 feet.
Bikes are allowed on the property but only in the mudroom.

PARKING: Free parking is available in front of the property and is limited to automobiles, station wagons, SUVs, and pick-up trucks. Parking for larger trucks, recreational vehicles, or trailers is prohibited.
