일단 신상 숙소라 전반적으로 시설이 세련되고 깔끔한 느낌이었습니다. 관리가 잘 된 느낌이에요. 무엇보다 모든 직원분들이 친절하고 서비스 마인드가 훌륭하셨습니다. 대단히 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 다만, 투숙객에 비해 체크인 담당 인력이 다소 부족해 대기 시간이 길었다는 아쉬움은 남습니다. 3시에 딱 맞춰 도착했는데 1시간 정도 기다렸네요.

객실에서 비린내가 심하게났어요. 해산물을 포장해서 객실애서 드시는 분들이 계시는것 같아요. 다음날 화장실에서 전날엔 나지않던 비린내가 너무너무 심하게 났어요. 스위트 객실인데 악취로인해 좀 속상했습니다.
