WE ALREADY HAVE PRIVATE RENTALS BOOKED FOR 2026's SOCKEYE SEASON!! A PRIVATE RENTAL DURING SOCKEYE SEASON PEAK FISHING IS $7500 PER NIGHT. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE. SALES TAX IS 3% CAPPED ON $500 WHICH BECOMES $105 PER NIGHT FOR A FULL LODGE RENTAL - MUCH CHEAPER THAN 3% ACROSS THE BOARD - SO THIS WILL JUST BE PAID ON ARRIVAL INSTEAD AS IT IS TOO COMPLICATED FOR AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM TO DO THAT.

We can become a bed & breakfast during sockeye season....if it is not rented out privately first!! And it looks like 2026 is booking up with private rentals so if you want a room, you'd need to act fast. With the bed-n-breakfast mode "room rental" services are provided so you get a hot meal and we provide fishing rods/lures, can show your how to do the Kenai Flip, and we process your fish for up to 50lbs per person, and send you with an airline approved fish box with all of your vacuumed sealed flash frozen fish if you are from out of state, (not for locals for the fish box!). We suggest locals bring a cooler to get your fish home or we can provide you with a styrofoam one if you don't have one. We provide you with unlimited firewood at the lodge for the fire pit by the river.

For a good time, CALL!!! One ROOM IN ONE OF THE MOST beautiful cabins in the Kenai area by far Cusack's On The Kenai offers the best in luxury accommodations in all of the Kenai River's lodges! Located right smack dab on the river with NO STAIRS down to the bank TO THROW YOUR LINE IN THE WATER which is sooo nice and rare on this river! No steep steps to climb! Another local Alaskan Family experience! FISHING LODGES have been in our family for (omg) 45+ years.....i must be adding that up wrong, because i can't be that old! ;) ....Come stay with us for a high end log cabin stay or have your destination wedding vows on the bank of the Kenai River! Large beautiful hand sewn Sprucewood logs make up this slice of heaven with awesome aluminum platform docks! The fishing is excellent off these docks and I promise I did not even know that when I bought the place. I remodeled and added marble everywhere and a few other things like a walk-in freezer for your fish processing needs! Added a professional vacuum sealer that can seal 4 bags at one time. Optional bed & breakfast. Optional fish box & fish processing. The lodge was made from the huge round locally grown Sprucewood trees. The building consists of 8 fully remodeled marble bathrooms, 7 bedrooms with 4 bathtubs and 4 showers. 18 beds in total in the whole lodge. This listing is for 1 room, though, and is based on double occupancy, but can POSSIBLY sleep up to 8 in some rooms. MUST MESSAGE ME FIRST so I can let you know what room is available or how many people can fit in designated rooms! ADDITIONAL PEOPLE ARE $250/PERSON/DAY during the highest peak fishing-AFTER THE DOUBLE OCCUPANCY GUESTS INCLUDED IN THE BASE PRICE! (But you can catch fish from May through October on our banks)!
