It's a nice clean property, but extremely dated. They should provide a latching lock on the inside of the doors for safety. Also there were no black out curtains, which makes it a little tough to sleep during the Swedish summer. We did pay for breakfast but overslept by 30 minutes and there was no breakfast and nobody around to help us.That seems a little uptight to me. Overall convenient and not bad.

Great fresh breakfast with lots of fruit! Very helpful staff! I had a flat tire and it was a Swedish holiday so no mobile tire service. The owners actually took my flat tire off, drove it to a tire store and plugged the hole! Then put it back on my car for me!! Incredible kindness to my family.

Beautiful bohemian style hotel

Very nice hotel. The personal is very attentive and polite. Good location in Sollefteå city. Very good breakfast.

Personalöst hotell men helt ok för övernattning

Svårt att hitta någon personal överhuvudtaget. Incheckning i restaurangen om man kommer efter kl 18, men det framgick inte av infon, där stod det att man skulle kontakta dem minst 24 timmar innan om man kom senare än 18. Som tur var gick det alltså bra ändå. Discot kan nog störa vissa rum, men vårt rum var tyst. Dock väldigt litet.

Receptionisten verkade inte trivas med folk och samma sak resten av personalen. Standaren på rummet var under all kritik, duschmunstycket lossnade så jag fick vattenslangen all over the place. Inget draperi i badrummet, vilket förvärrade vattenkatastrofen . Ingen städning på tre dagar. Mögligt bröd på den s.k. frukosten

Mycket slitet hotell och man hade renoverat delar mycket amatörmässigt. En hemmasnickrare framstår som ett proffs när man ser renoveringarna här. Frukosten var riktigt illa.
