The house has four spacious double bedrooms, plus 2 bathrooms, fitted kitchen, living room, entrance and dining area, on a total of 2 floors. The house also has a cozy garden with a fantastic swimming pool. It has private parking, air conditioning in the rooms, several terraces, fans and wifi.
The house is part of a beautifully restored traditional Mallorcan estate, divided into two completely independent units, both dedicated to holiday rentals. Each unit has its own private entrance and exclusive outdoor area, ensuring privacy and a peaceful stay at all times.
A 5 minute drive from the center of Soller, 5 minutes from Fornalutx, 10 minutes from Puerto de Soller and the beaches, or 40 minutes from Palma or the airport.
