This turquoise oasis enthuses untouched nature, clear sea, pebble beaches, offering visitors privacy, and it is four kilometers macadam away from the first inhabited place, the Gornje Selo (Upper Village).
This house is carefully architecturally designed to optimize energy use. So, House has three terraces; morning terrace, porch and afternoon terrace from which a fascinating view of the stellar sky is provided at night. The interior consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two toilets.
The particularity of this house is in the fact that it is completely ecologically sustainable, renewable energy sources are used. Electricity is generated through photovoltaic system (solar), and water is exclusively collected rainwater. This certainly means that, while staying in this house, it is necessary to behave responsibly towards energy products.
