Toilet ran all night room had a wet dog smell once the cleaning team cleaned the room pool had way too much chlorine walking into the pool house with my kids my eyes immediately began burning we could only tolerate being in the pool area for 20 minutes

This hotel is ok for a night but besides that i wouldn't recommend for longer stays. Housekeepers modtly speak spanish and cant understand english well so communication was terrible. They only have one elevator. The bed makes too much noise. Part of the bed kept scratching me when i got up.Could not play any apps like Netflix or hulu on tvs.

Hotel room was nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Only two negatives- only one elevator in the whole hotel, which was a little inconvenient when the hotel was busy…secondly at the pool, the smell of chlorine was so overwhelming powerful, just walking into the pool area it was burning my eyes.

Hotel is quiet dated and rooms are small. It was very noisy on 4th floor, the rooms are not noise insulated so you can hear anyone from hallway or other rooms. Our first night some guests were making excessive noise which made us feel unsafe and couldn't sleep until the noise died down.
