Not a bad place to go and overnight when you have a long layover. The beds are comfortable, the pool is decent, you get a nice assortment of treats to eat, and breakfast is what you would expect. The shuttle is great to have but it is first come first serve so make sure you're there early.
Just know that the hotel is away from everything. It's a 20 minute walk to the Target and about $45US to Uber into central Boston. You're on a freeway so it's a bit noisy as well. The hotel is showing its age as the carpets are well worn and the tile is chipped and cracked.
The staff, however, are top notch and do everything they can to make your stay pleasant. I missed the two ladies' names at the front desk but they were knowledgeable about the area, friendly, and incredibly professional despite how busy they were. Their house cleaning staff were very friendly and gave each of my kids an extra treat to take on our flight.
Would I stay here again in the future? Probably not because it is rather inconvenient to get anywhere. But I give credit to the staff here for making the stay pleasant and enjoyable for our family.
