Bof!

Accueil passable et au départ nous avons eu l'impression de les déranger. L'appartement était propre. Les 4 lits étaient inconfortable (vieux matelas). Belle piscine, parking disponible. Un bon restaurant sur les lieux. Personnellement, nous n'allons pas y retourner.

This was good budget accommodation. The apartment needs a thorough clean. The shower leaked as the shower tray had not been installed properly. Don’t eat in the restaurant, food terrible!

Just back from a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and basic but had everything we needed for a week. A shower caddy and toothbrush holder in the bathroom would have made things easier along with a couple of hooks for towels. Children loved the pool and it was very safe in the complex. We ate in the restaurant and snack bar and both were ok for food. I think making the menus smaller would help with consistency. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Overall we would definitely recommend and return!

The apartment was big and in a nice position - it is very basically equipped - the placement of the toilet/sink are really dangerous - the toilet is too close to the edge of the glass corner on the basin - I twice smashed my arm into it. But it is a nice place - some of the staff could be a little less grumpy. We enjoyed our time here.

Very good overall, clean and friendly staff. Rooms are a bit dated - our bathroom doors were extremely loud to open/close. However price was great and location is very good so can’t complain. Would recommend

Highly recommended

So impressed with everything. So clean, bedding and towels changed daily, apartment cleaned daily. Everyone was so helpful and chirpy. Excellent establishment all round would highly recommend.

Great place to stay for a cheap week away. Apartment was really clean and very spacious for our 5 person family. Gorgeous sunny balcony to enjoy afternoon/evening sun. Would return.

Pros; Good sized apartments Exceptional staff Nice pool area Good size terrace/balcony On site shop Very clean Late check in was brilliant Cons; Apartments are a bit dated Small living and dining area in apartment Wifi doesnt work in apartment (even though the signal strength is strong) Tv signal kept cutting out Long walk from car to apartment (we were put in one right at the end and initally with suitcases anf baby in pram this was tricky!) You can hear EVERYTHING in the apartment next door and below

Exceeded expectations

Great stay! We arrived after midnight; that was no problem at all. There was a store on site, so we could conveniently get everything for breakfast. Lovely, pool facing terrace. Air condition worked, everything fine. The entertainment programme would have been a bit too much for us but we stayed only 2 nights.

Brilliant accommodation for a great price

Don't let the 2 stars put you off. The accommodation was fab,clean,well maintained and we got it at a great price. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly especially Kevin the entertainment rep he was great fun. The resort has got plenty to do, the beaches are gorgeous,there is plenty of places to eat and everything was a reasonable price. Will definitely be returning next year

Lovely apartments in quiet area 10 mins from beach

Reception area was very pleasent, light, clean and airy. Greeted by British receptionist who showed us to our 2 bed apartment on the first floor. First impressions excellent. Each bedroom had comfortable twin beds and good storage. Bathroom had wc.bath with shower. 2 basins and bidet. kitchen/lounge with 2 ring hob, basic microwave, fridge(no freezer), skeleton type toaster (would not use it with children around), most of the usual kitchen and dining equipment, dining table 4 chairs, 3 seat settee and Tv with 6 channels including BBC 1 & ITV1(signal not brilliant but watchable). Good sized balcony with table and 4 rattan style chairs - so much more comfortable than the usual white plastic patio chairs. All very clean and well maintained with no signs of wear and tear or damage. Pool is good, very clean with safe childrens pool. Well stocked with sunbeds though a little short on umbrellas. On site restaurant food very good. Menu adequate though not particularly inspiring. Nice bar well priced and good range. Friendly staff make it a good place for evening refreshments. Entertainment good at times but not to our taste other times but always well supported so must be just me! One act stood out as brilliant - Motown tribute group Horizon. Sounded like many of the originals, had many of the steps and moves and several costume changes. Very professional.

the apartment was spotless .towels changed most days bedding changed during week all staff from cleaners to waiter were so friendly if you like entertainment its there from quizzes to live music . our apartment was near bar and it was a little noisy but when we go again will ask for a apartment away from bar v happy overall

Lovely hotel with really friendly staff

This area and resort closes 1st November so things were winding down October half term week. Saying that the staff were great. Always tried to help and accommodate any requests We had. We preferred that it was quieter there at that time. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and less to the supermarket etc which are on route to the beach. Not that much for the younger kids to do other than the pool really with regards to organised play. Although my kids enjoyed playing football and in the little play area. The entertainment was aimed at older teenagers, adults etc. All in all we had a lovely very enjoyable week and we would recommend

Small and friendly

The staff were very welcoming - the first time l have ever been shown to my room. Most of my room preference requests were met. Most of the beds in the apartment were comfortable. It had a nice big balcony. Entertainment team were very enthusiastic. Air conditioning was a godsend as it was very hot the 2 weeks we were there.
