This estate, with an area of 7,000 m², is surrounded by native trees and wild vegetation, and offers direct access to the seashore. Its beautiful lawn garden, swimming pool and sun loungers facing the beach is the perfect place to contemplate stunning sunsets.
Moreover, it features a gazebo equipped with an outdoor lounge and several spaces ideal for gathering and dining with family or simply relaxing in the fresh air.
Inside, the house is designed with great care and comfort. It has 4 bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds.
The dining room is very bright, with free WiFi, television with international channels and a wrought iron fireplace to create a cosy atmosphere on the coldest days.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and all the necessary appliances to prepare your favourite dishes.
