Rustic finca in Son Servera, in the northwest of Mallorca. Stone house with all its charm in Majorcan Mediterranean style and with swimming pool surrounded by garden. Its interior is modern, with character and functional with all comforts.
The house is distributed in two floors: Entering through the entrance it is distributed in a large room distributed in different atmospheres, the entrance hall, living room with fireplace, dining room and open kitchen. All this with large windows overlooking the magnificent porch, where the exterior and interior merge into one.
Next to the porch is the large swimming pool surrounded by lawn with views of the countryside and mountains.
On the first floor you will find three double bedrooms and two large bathrooms, one of them en suite. There is also a guest toilet.
The whole of the upper floor is for the master bedroom with its outdoor terrace where you can enjoy splendid unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside and mountains.
The house is located on a plot of land of about 13.000m2 and its surroundings are typical of the Mallorcan countryside.
For golf enthusiasts there are four golf courses, all of them with 18 holes, which regularly organise different tournaments... Pula Golf, Golf Son Servera, Golf Canyamel and Capdepera Golf.
Only 10-15 minutes away by car we can enjoy the whole northwest coast from Costa de los Pinos through Cala Bona and its marina to Cala Millor, Sa Coma... well known tourist centres of Mallorca, where you can find all kinds of activities.
